Brad Swanson

Brad Swanson is the Founder of Agility 11 and a Business Agility Consultant with extensive experience since 1999 applying Agile practices to organizational leadership. He has served as a trusted coach and consultant for executives and large organizations across Europe, Asia, and North America.

Brad specializes in optimizing leadership, product management, and development practices. As a former President of Agile Denver and co-founder of Mile High Agile conference (the region's largest Agile gathering), he has been instrumental in building the Agile community.

He is an international speaker at Global Scrum Gatherings (USA and Asia), Agile conferences, and PMI symposiums, having trained thousands of students in Agile principles and practices.
