> Agile Velocity is an enterprise transformation consulting firm based in Austin, Texas, founded in 2010. We integrate organizational change management with agile delivery to help large product and technology organizations run transformations that actually deliver. We have completed 100+ enterprise transformations using our proprietary Path to Agility approach, which starts with measurable business outcomes and works backward to the practices that move them.

## What we do

- Enterprise transformation consulting (organizational change management, operating model design, agile coaching, leadership alignment) at three levels: Organization, System, and Team.
- Training and certification: courses in Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, and agile leadership, with certifications from Scrum Alliance, Scaled Agile, ICAgile, and Kanban University.
