Leading SAFe® 4.0 Workshop

This course is for enterprises who are ready to scale Agile across the entire organization by teaching Lean-Agile principles and practices of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®). Students will learn how to execute and release value through Agile Release Trains, create an Agile portfolio, and how to lead and nurture teams the Agile way. Students will receive their SAFe® Agilist (SA) certification at the completion of the 2-day class.

In the last decade, she has developed a reputation as a trustworthy, caring Agile coach committed to helping her clients achieve results through Agile and Lean and guides Agile transformations and SAFe® implementation always with a pragmatic approach.
